Update November 2025

After more than 4 years of working with the USAF™ DT-100 transmitters, the results exceed our expectations. Our total production increased by 16% on average, thanks to its combination of H₂O₂ and nano bubbles. Even more impressive is that our H₂O₂ consumption decreased by more than 50% since we started doing this. That means savings of 0.10 - 0.15 $ per m2 per year. This year, 2025, we have a Impressive production of 35+ kg per m2.

The root quality is exceptional, as you can see in the picture below, and we have been using be able to completely eliminate synthetic agents, because we have not had any problem with pathogens. This turnaround has made our cost per m² reduced by more than 40-50%. The R.O.I. was less than six months, which is surprisingly short, especially compared to other investments.

For every grower, it is adopt this system an absolute no-brainer, if you ask us. It streamlines irrigation, increases performance and simply makes growing easier. In addition recycle our water for 100% which is only possible when we have full assurance that the water is clean and it is! DNA sequencing tests of the same water samples showed extremely high levels of Fusarium and Pythium to, so we therefore know for 100% that this transmitters are very effective in eliminating all pathogens in our water (see diagram below).

Here are some pictures of how the roots there at different times during cultivation looked like. Clearly, the roots were in very good condition throughout the cultivation.

October 2024:

We have been doing business with Ultramins and Robert for about 3 years now. Being very skeptical in the beginning we only started treating our pond of 2.200m2. 

Our pond is a natural pond, so has no liner, therefor the water here has a lot of ‘clay dust’ making it very cloudy. This was an issue for us as we couldn’t have our cloudy water being treated by an UV-system, this simply will not work. All algae where eliminated in a relative short period, in about 3 weeks.

So, after seeing good results in the pond by using 2 USAF™ DT 100 watt transmitters, we decided to also treat our 2 silo’s with ultrasonic transmitters and we don’t regret this decision one bit. We placed 1 transmitter in our leach tank to make sure biofilm doesn’t grow and we placed 5 units in our stock water tank + adding H2O2 . This stock water tank is being filled with treated pond and leach water. Both silos are 400m3.

Our annual usage of H2O2 has dropped by 20-25% and the water is constantly of good quality, without any maintenance or monitoring. Our stock tank fills up in the night, the water gets treated during the whole night combined with H2O2 and the next day this water goes to the plants. We can honestly say we have not one issue in our irrigation water since, it’s probably hard to believe for people who haven’t used this system before, as it was for me. This system saves me a lot of time, as you know the water is always of good quality. System was easy to put in place, without having to make any changes to our irrigation system, so far I have not seen any negative side to its use.
