In basins and lakes, our USAF™ ultrasonic transmitters very effectively combat the growth of algae and biofilm. The other pathogens are also controlled by our transmitters and the quality of the basin water is greatly improved. Below a short movie in which 2 adjacent basins are shown. The basin we are treating here is 1,500m2, 21 years old and for the first time in 21 years had no algae, also the filters needed to be cleaned much less. Algae

Algae are the most easily killed of all micro-organisms by our USAF™ ultrasonic transmitters, we have already cleared many pools of algae. Our smallest transmitter of 60watt can keep areas of 1.000-1.500 m2 free from algae. The double transmitters of 100watt control algae (but also biofilm) on a surface of 1.250-1.750 m2. Within 30 days, each basin can be made algae-free by our transmitters.

Biofilm

To combat the biofilm, a USAF™ double transmitter of 100 watts should always be used. Experience has shown that the biofilm is removed from an area of 1,250-1,600 m2 . The size of the pool does not matter, several transmitters can be placed.
